OLUFUNKE MOORE

Oluwafunke has over 28 years of experience in the Insurance industry and has been involved at various corporate Organisation management levels. Building a Successful career with Gold links Insurance Company she grew through the ladder to become the Managing Director /CEO in 2016, which she held for over 3 years before bowing out. Before she left she contributed immensely to the repositioning of the Company and its recapitalization as requested by NAICOM. A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London & Nigeria, she also holds a Master degree in Business Administration. Oluwafunke Moore is bringing her wealth of Experience in piloting the affairs of Hastelloy Advance as a member of the board.

OLAYEMI IDRIS OLAOJO

Overall, Olayemi Idris Olaojo has over 20 years of Finance and Management roles experience. Rising as an account officer, to credit control functions, treasury management and Senior Finance executive with becoming a Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
He has a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance. His experience cut across various sectors namely Manufacturing, Real Estate, Consulting, Financial Services & Advisory, Oil and Gas and Retail chains. As the Group Finance Manager, he played a lead role in the preparation of workable financial models for the successful acquisition and running of Sapele Power Plant (GENCO) by EE Nigeria Limited. As an expert in managing startups, he was the pioneer CFOs for Fast Credit Limited a major player in the financial services field in Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FCIMC) and a Distinction Awardee of the London Graduate School in Effective Time Management. He has a Master’s degree in business administration.
Strategically he develops, organizes and evaluate each subsidiaries’ function and performance. Articulate the group’s operational strategies and ensure alignment of the groups’ strategic priorities. Olayemi leads in the development of overall strategic goals, Champions the implementation of the Finance services function’s strategy and ensures alignment with the organization’s corporate strategy and business goals.

ROTIMI OBENDE

Rotimi has extensive experience in Strategy Development, Research, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Accounting. He is a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and also holds a Certificate in Personal Financing Planning from the University of Lagos. Rotimi was the Group Accountant with the Institute of Financial Planning and a facilitator with the Institute of Financial Planning. Rotimi has facilitated many courses on Finance and Accounting, and in Personal Financial Planning. He is currently pursuing a Masters programme with the University of South Wales.

KAZEEM WASIU I.

Mr Kazeem is a seasoned stockbroker with sound experience in stockbroking and portfolio management. He is an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Economics) from the University of Lagos as well as an MBA (Financial Management) from Lagos State University. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers as well as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Institute of Pension of Nigeria. He has worked in various capacities in Dominion Trust Limited, Royal Exchange and Assurance Plc, Security Swaps Limited, Pivot Capital Limited, Royal Guaranty and Trust Limited and Core Securities Limited.

Edward Akintoye A.

Mr Edward Akintoye Andipe is a seasoned administrator with over 25 years in the oil and gas industry. He retired from Chevron Nigeria Limited as Manager JV Operations business support. He graduated from University of Ilorin with Bsc hons in Geology in 1987 and MILR from Delta state university Abraka. He has also attended Management courses in US, UK, Dubai and Lagos Business School. He is also the Chairman/ CEO of Eyot Energy Resources ltd. Edward is married with children.

Ogun Charles O.

Charles is a Finance Professional with experience in Tax Planning & Reporting, Project Accounting and Business Planning and Strategy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He graduated from the University of Ilorin with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has worked as a Consultant in KPMG Professional Services, where he consulted for several companies ranging from manufacturing, oil and gas to telecommunications. He also worked for MTN Nigeria, one of the major 
Telecommunication Company in Nigeria and retired from Chevron Nigeria Limited where he was involved in Corporate, Personal and Transaction Taxes, Project Accounting, Business Planning and Strategy.
